Clarosophy 2035
Call for Papers and Presentations
Date: Summer 2035
Location: To be announced
Submissions are now open for Clarosophy 2035, a live, in-person gathering committed to navigating meaning, power, and trajectory at civilizational scale.
We are accepting proposals for papers, performances, models, demonstrations, and other formats not easily categorized. What matters is not form, but function.
We are interested in work that engages with complexity without attempting to resolve it.
Work that helps us navigate – through systems, through futures, through states of uncertainty.
We are looking for:
-
Papers that operate outside inherited philosophical or technological lineages
-
Ideas that demand ten years to ripen
-
Models of clarity that do not seek resolution
-
Artifacts, performances, and provocations that function as navigation tools, not commentary
-
Demonstrations of navigation, not optimization
-
Designs for thinking, moving, building, perceiving, at the scale of complexity we will inhabit in 2035
-
Proposals that do not borrow their legitimacy from legacy institutions
-
Contributions that extend, distort, or recompose the Clarosophic project itself
Each submission should include:
-
A title
-
A description of up to 300 words
-
A single sentence compelling enough to make someone cross the world to be there
-
A brief note on how your work aligns with or challenges the Clarosophic approach
Selected contributors will be re-engaged in 2030 to reflect on the trajectory of their work.
